I think sometimes leadership needs to hear this.  One congressman said the 
calls coming into his office were running 50/50 between No and Hell No!  I 
write this as Eric Cantor is my congressmen and I see him as one of the best, 
but I still felt better as I watched to votes clicking off on the TV screen.  
There are times when DC needs to get the idea that they are still responsible 
to the people... something they tend to forget.  Now, perhaps they can get 
something done that will benefit, or at least not hurt the taxpayers... and 
that they feel good about.

The ruling class needs to get a little more humility and not talk down to the 
people paying their salaries.  Don't just tell us we are too dumb to understand 
what only they in they in their wisdom can deal with.
