Is that recording for real? If not, then yes, the posters are
obviously chickens. However, if that's real, then they would seem to
be prudent, given that someone with such a moronic and threatening
demeanor has a gun and a badge, and the support of others with guns
and badges. Please tell me that this is a goof, and that the director
of police services is not someone from whom good people would need
protection.
