I have been using Unlimited Conferencing for conference software and accessing client computers. It is Java based. I am trying to help a corporate client and they can't install Java in order to allow them to share their desktop so I can help them.
Looking at Webex, Gotomeeting, and a couple of others; they are all Java based. The question is, does anyone know of software that will allow me to take over a client computer that does not use Java. Remote Desktop does not work because it will only work with physical computers on their intranet.
