Hi Michael!

Or . . . perhaps something that is NOT in the food supply, but should 
be. I think we are starving for nearly all minerals and some of the 
lesser known vitamins.

Cattle, fowl and sheep growers know that the animals get sick if they 
are not supplemented with 45 minerals, so the supplement is provided. 
Humans who get mineral supplements only get 13 minerals, without 
supplements they get only what is in the food. Vegetables have 3 
minerals and meat has the 45 that the cattle, fowl and sheep get.

SEA vegetables have all the minerals but are not popular in "developed" 
countries. Make fast food out of sea vegetables and it could help.
