Those cities could be NYC / Memphis or ?? / China. I can ask for help and they see my screen. If they want they can grab control to show me a point. We use a telephone for talking through our meeting instead of IM. We use this to go over models for systems that we are building as well as to share the joys of an ever changing set of internal tools.
