Any tips on how to do this in a easier way ? http://www.hentzenwerke.com/wp/zwp.htm Especially: http://www.hentzenwerke.com/wp/dualboot_fc6xp.htm In short form, I would: 0. Boot from a Linux LiveCD such as Knoppix 1. Shrink the Linux partition as much as possible 2. Make a backup of #1 onto an external HDD to avoid WXP overwriting "by accident." 3. Create a new partition for WXP and install it there. 4. Reboot from the LiveCD to resize partitions and reestablish the desired boot sequence. -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
