1. You can't edit an email's body or subject line like you can in Outlook. 2. You currently can't search across folders - only within a folder. Global search is a feature that's being worked on. I get around this by forwarding all my email to a gmail backup account and searching there. I'm sure there's more to complain about, but those are my personal annoyances.
