The Fastmail Enhanced account is perfectly designed for you needs! 1. You can send and receive email using up to 50 personal domains. Fastmail even includes a decent DNS interface if you want to manage all your domain's settings, not just your MX record. I manage over 20 different email accounts across 4 domains plus a bunch of catch-all accounts for another 10 domains. No problems. 2. Fastmail supports simple and advanced filing rules so that you can auto-file incoming messages to the appropriate folders. Fastmail also supports on-the-fly auto filing via subdomains (<folder>@auto.<domain.com>) and plus addressing (auto+<folder>@domain.com). These are just two examples, there are additional filing capabiliites as well. 3. Fastmail supports a variety of forwarding options so you can add additional users to your email ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and have their email forwarded to a 3rd party account ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) as well as optionally kept in your email stream. Very useful if you're out-sourcing support to a 3rd party but want to monitor the support requests that are coming in. 4. Fastmail supports many folder specific options including folder specific personalities (any email sent from a folder can have its own custom personality and signature), folder specific Sent folders, etc. 5. Folders can be hidden and ordered by priority vs. alphabetically. This can really speed up your email processing tasks. 6. Fastmail has great spam filtering options. You can train the spam filter if you have custom needs. You can also create custom delete rules which is useful if one of your email addresses gets taken over as a spam target. Fastmail also has a great 'backscatter' option which filters out all those bounced email messages from spammers using your email addresses. 7. Fastmail is IMAP based and fully compatible with TB and Outlook clients. Personally, I've found the Fastmail web client to be easier to use and more feature filled (for the features that I use) than TB or Outlook. And I really enjoy the peace of mind of not having to worry about backing up some huge 2G+ local client mail store. I also enjoy the flexibility of checking my email from any web browser without having to plug-in my laptop, start it, and connect to the internet. 8. Finally, one of the best features of Fastmail are its support forums. Fastmail ... highly recommended!
