Very true...and I own this book.  I recall reading (some of) it back in 
2004, and I liked the arguments you made for how to answer those 
questions of why companies should go with you (the small shop) instead 
of the big corporate dog.  It doesn't always work, but your 
ideas/tips/suggestions were good ones that actually helped me land a 
client a couple years ago.  That, and the fact that PeopleSoft got 
bought out and some other big name companies tanked.
