Find a customer that wants it, get them to fund the unit, develop the
little app giving them a lot of control as to what features make it
in(customers like having input into your turnkey app design), and then
they can still have the unit afterwards-- win:win for you and them. At
the end, they'll have a feature with the unit, and you'll have the
feature in your product you can sell to someone else.
