I find that if you have the ability to present to the people you "think" are in power you are half way there. If you take it personally that they don't see your plan as the only way you are going to have problems. I have found all to often that the leaders have a plan and an agenda already in place. You may see the folly of it and get frustrated, but you only see what is in front of you, and fail to see the long range plan.
