You amaze me! I've had very good service from my Acer laptop. I've had it for just over two years without any problems whatsoever. Fortunately I've never had to call on them under the warranty (original or extended) so can't judge their service in that area but I've recommended them to several people including on this list. They were recommended to me by my local supplier and, as far as I know, he is still recommending them.
