Having said that, I've done Zoom calls with my tech savvy client there. When he picks CSV as the output type in Excel, it uses semi-colons and no double quotes in the resulting file. Change the regional settings in Windows to US, commas and double quotes come out. Writing a validator class is probably the best way to go and thanks to everyone for adding their tips and tricks.
