VFP3 won't run because it can manage only 512MB (or 768MB with version 3.0b) of RAM.

The only issues you might find with older versions of any software is the installer not running if it's a very old Installshield or something, or if it installs and tries to register a 16-bit component that would have worked on 32-bit Windows.
