I don't see any reason why Visual Foxpro 3 wouldn't run, it's just a 32-bit 
application. The only issues you might find with older versions of any software 
is the installer not running if it's a very old Installshield or something, or 
if it installs and tries to register a 16-bit component that would have worked 
on 32-bit Windows. But I don't think that's the case with VFP.
