Anybody with application end users has stories like this. 😊 Doug Hennig has a lovely error reporting class built into his framework. Grabs all the relevant stuff, puts it in an email and let's the reporter add more details. I'm sure it encourages better error reporting from customers but it was too much effort to build into my ancient application.
