Peter, The class is actually a traffic light warning system used to signify errors on a form bit red/amber/green flashing squares. The object is designed as a visual class designed using a container and what will be a number of "traffic lights" each one relating to a possible attribute of the form. The number of lights is dynamic and this is why I wanted to pass an array into the class that contains the Caption and colour for each traffic light.
Init() for the glass is done at the time of the form init() and I then load up the traffic light system at form refresh time with the indicators required and their values. Then what I want to do is eventually late bind each of the "lights" to a dynamic property on the form or a Database table field so that it will reflect any changes in the underlying data without bringing up loads and loads of message boxes which it does now .... a tedious affair when one has to either wait for them to time out or manually close them.
