Tracy - sorry if this sounds Daft...

I wasn't sure where you wanted me to " Right click the project". At one point - 
I thought you meant via the Prj file in Windows Explorer - but, no Servers tab 
under Properties. So - I did right-click at the header of the Project window - 
but, there was no Properties option in the drop-down, but there was a "Project 
Info..." option - which when selected, I did see the Servers tab. 

I also searched the project for any references to "OLEPublic" - but, the Code 
Ref tool found Nada!

Anyway - no big worries on this. I just deleted those VBR and TLB files that 
were generated.

Kurt,

Right click the project. Select Properties.
You'll find the "Servers" tab.
This will give you some insight to where the OlePublic flag is set.
