My suggestion - when I see that something might be amiss - I contact Ed directly via e-mail. And, he is Always responsive and willing to help out. He may simply be busy and not always reading all the e-mails from the Forum here. But, I assure you - if you e-mail him directly - you should be able to get a reply and follow-up.
