Yes, I know, but I have had several problems with Profox over the past
month or so and I keep complaining about them and nothing gets done.
And my experience has been that usually, if something I send to Profox
doesn't show up within a few minutes, it never does. That's not 100%, but
it's around 90%.
In one recent case I mentioned that I never received the original message
to which several replies were received. This complaint was ignored even
though a second poster reported the same issue with that message.
Sometimes things get stuck in routing and they
take days. Ed is using some hosted servers, mailing list software, and
a few custom scripts to process all of the mail, sort it into a couple
of buckets and send it out, relayed through a few other mail servers.
Lots of places for stuff to get stuck.
I found your second message on the "[NF] Can't Access Specific
Website" or perhaps the third, in my Spam folder, with a header
indicating Google did not like the format.
The third message only inquired about the first two. The first two were
much longer, containing some tracert data and some text.
I use Roadrunner for email. Just because of issues like this, I have it set
to deliver all messages unmolested.
I went to the Leafe forum archives, but only see the TEST thread.
I realize this is a free service and complex and so forth.
I also realize that I am not in the "A list" around here due to my possibly
"eccentric" views on things.
Still... after several complaints something should be done, IMO.
If I seem frustrated, it's because I am. No mean-ness is intended, though.
