You don't want a cloud. You can't find anything 'cause of the cloudiness. I use different apps for different client situations. Wunderlist is awesome for, well, lists. Pivotal Tracker for project management, tasks, deadlines and related notes. Redmine for a combo ticketing system, wiki, and document repository.
