I'm using an FTP prg from way back. Not sure if it's the same one as Dave
but it works fine here. Sending from Win8.1 to 2003 server. But I do know
one place the same thing is happening and that place has Norton. But I would
be interested to know if you find a cure

see if the ftp functions work.

Something about passive transfers, and blocking responses coming from the
server, says my dusty old memories of wresting with ftp.

Of course, the better solution is to use _anything_ else.

Not criticizing Dave's code, mind you, but the elderly ftp protocol and
security model.
