For once I'm with you. People seem to think in terms of super powers... Its not the super powers we need to worry about. It’s the renegade terrorist that gets access to these weapons from a country like Syria, iran or n. korea
The super powers understand the consequences. The renegade terrorist could care less if he/she died while bringing death and destruction to their target...
