Remove and re-install the most recent driver for their printer. Add a
Print-to-PDF print driver and confirm you can use that without the C5's,
narrowing the problem to the printer. There are specific work-arounds to
reset printer/driver/queue/print manage depending on printer, OS, VFP
version, etc.
