Absolutely! Open Gmail in a web browser, select the settings menu (the fat
gear on the right upper side, and Settings), select "Forwarding and
IMAP/POP" and Read the Fine Page. It has configuration settings for most
email clients.

If you have the choice, IMAP is usually a better choice than POP.
