Did you see this mornings news? The Federal Court of Appeals has sent an official communication to Erik Holder demanding that he write a 3-page, single-spaced brief on why he thinks the Supreme Court cannot nullify any law passed by Congress. Holder and Obama think they are above the law.
This is serious business. I can see a case being made that Holder can be held for contempt if not treason. Obama's press secretary really looked like a fool this morning stating flatly that precedence shows Obama is correct that the Supremes cannot nullify a law passed by the majority of the citizens. What a jerk. Since 1896 the Supremes have nullified many laws and every President since has accepted these rulings. They even have gone so far as to get approval from the Supremes before going ahead with implementing several laws. People should take courses or read about the history of the Supreme Court.
