Horse crap

These are very confusing matters and that simplistic answer from this
group surprises me.  It is never spend a ton of money for me to look
good.  These systems were converting from C/S to web.  A whole new set
of best practices had to be invented, tested, tweaked and then maybe
replaced because of changes in product or methodology.  Consider Web
2.0 as one of many reasons to change.
