Like the client I had who screamed at me over the phone that nothing ever works right after I leave. I asked him what was happening and he said when he would hit the number keys the cursor would jump around the screen. Turn the num locks key on sh*t head.

I used to scream at rent-a-techs but that was long ago. Now I understand--just yesterday I did maintenance on somebody's machine and shut it down.
