I want to be clear that my comments are not about any particular class, culture or the nationality of anyone, but rather small businesses deciding to go overseas to hire someone rather than looking to the workforce in this country just because they think it will save them money.
From what I can see, it doesn't really save them any money when you figure in travel & housing - in addition to a whole bunch of other problems they would not otherwise have. This is also not about hiring someone from overseas when they clearly are the best person or company for the job and not just to save money.
