Good point on Navision Alan.  But that was her last job.  The thing that 
got me started is that my wife is on the web team.  They have a *HUGE* 
on line catalog that they are moving from one application to .NET.  The 
guy (the .NET programmer) from India is leaving for vacation in October 
and they have to have it done before he leaves.  To me this is a recipe 
for disaster.  I would wait until he returns.

The problem is....

He gets 5 weeks vacation!!!!!!!!

The only time I got two full weeks in a row was in the Marines!
