John:  that was a rhetorical question and not one directed at you.  ;^)  
I just wonder why there are so many talented people in this country and 
on this list (many countries) that we can't provide the needs of these 
companies.

Why can't someone on this list get that job instead of the Indian 
programmers?  There are a whole bunch of talented people on this this 
ready and willing to work, but are being passed over.  Why?

Are we lacking skills for Microsoft tools that they have to go to India?

Please don't get me wrong.  I love the Indian people and work with them 
all day long - friends and family and all of that  I am just asking the 
question.
