Hi John I have tried all of the suggestions but find FoxyPreviewer the easiest to us and I am now in the process of converting all my apps to that. It can be used from the preview window to print to "xls", "pdf", "rtf", "jpg", send via email or can be automated to just print to a pdf file without preview.
The others are more difficult to automate so that you don't have to use a "Save As" Dialogue.
