There's an article in the latest issue of FoxRockX by Doug Hennig about using
the CTL32 controls.

Subject: CTL32 progress bar

I've been playing around with the ctl32 progress bar There are aspects that I
love and other I hate The one I hate is speed

Lets say I have a table with 73954 records I scan this table for whatever
reason What's the best way to advance the progress bar in (say) increments of
5% i.e. only fire the following every 1400/20 times
*   Thisform.oProgress.ctlValue = mgt
*   DoEvents
