If you are running a business that has overseas facilities, you would be
wise to keep the money over there at a lower tax rate. We need to have
inducements for our own businesses to bring their money back and invest
locally, not a penalty for such action. Behavior Mod 101.

We need a change in Demand for anyone to HIRE today. USA Consumers are just
about flat line in demand with respect to PRODUCTS and services for the past
18 months. We don't feel comfortable with how things are going so we
postpone purchases of cars, furniture, homes, appliances. That compared to
pre 2008 levels where we were taking out seconds on homes to get new
appliances or improvements within.

It was drummed into our heads that we needed to SAVE $$ and the only way to
do that is stop spending as fast. Well there goes the older mindset as to
what we need in a workforce here in the USA.

Plants closed here, automotive parts as a for instance. Auto demand was
negative for over a year. No need to have two shifts to make parts for
SUVs. Now that demand is increasing and people want these vehicles again it
is more cost effective to the mfg to find a different source for needed
parts.

Unfortunate for all of us that the parts coming in are crummy and expected
to fail faster. One of the biggest parts of a car sale is the "quality"
insurance associated with the asset. Bumper to Bumper guarantees for X
years or Y miles.
