One of the things that Dick Cheney did was to move the
hurricanes that were going to hit the oil platforms in
the golf, to go offshore.  This lowered the prices of
oil and therefore gasoline.  After the midterm
elections, any hurricanes that form will be directed
right into New Orleans.
