Thanks for the thorough review @tolbertam and @jaydeepkumar1984 - I rebased and prepared both https://github.com/pauloricardomg/cassandra/tree/autorepair_5_0_7 and https://github.com/pauloricardomg/cassandra/tree/CASSANDRA-21138-trunk for commit. @tolbertam do you mind submitting a final CI round for these branches and attach the results to [CASSANDRA-21138](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-21138) when you have a chance ? Unfortunately https://pre-ci.cassandra.apache.org/ is unavailable and I don't have circle credits.
