It's a bug in the host firmware.  Not entirely sure where exactly, but
I believe the code that is supposed to make sure the right framebuffer
address is set in the device tree lives here:

Maybe we can file a bug report with Raptor such that they can fix
this.  But perhaps we need to add a workaround for this issue in
OpenBSD.  Can you send me the output of:

# eeprom -p

for your machine?
