I have not seen any RAM / Disk errors using OpenBSD on a dual G5. But what I know is, not all HDs / SSDs work. > Do you know if openbsd works fine in powerbook g4 1.67ghz and Mac mini > 1.2ghz models also Apple Airport Extreme A1408 5th /6th Gen , I do not > know if it a good choice use those kind of router I do not know about > those old model. For the MacMini and, the PB (15" and 17") yes, see https://www.openbsd.org/macppc.html To be clear, I can use a (US) AirPort WiFi card in my second G5 with OpenBSD. The Airport Extreme (which you asked for - the external box and not the Airport Card for some Mac models) is not related to OpenBSD. Router is here not the right word, as you need another device like a cable modem at the WAN port. I run here a 5th generation AirPort Extreme and a Express to extend the WiFi. The Extreme runs in Bridge mode and is connected to a TP-Link LTE box. Keep in mind, for a Express / Extreme you need the Airport Utility on Mac OS X (the iOS version provided not all setting options as I tried it the last time) to configure / manage it.
