The "sending domain" cited there is most likely to be the one in your SMTP envelope sender address, although it COULD be from the Sender or From header of the message, since Google is using this reply at end-of-data (EOD) and it has presumably done some basic content analysis. They would NOT use this message in reference to a domain found at arbitrary places within the message's unstructured content.
