This is incorrect, MTAs should not and will not connect to any port other than port 25 for MX traffic.

so its valid if both client and server is maintained from same admin, but not if its another maintainer, ihmo this is the diffrent

If you're running both servers and relaying via a non-standard port then it's not MX traffic, it's a form of submission or relaying but not MX.
