Price is not the only question. If you have or want to comply with GDPR, you have to pick one not under U.S. jurisdiction, and these are rare. In fact, a VPS that does VPN is imho the best option and usually a lot cheaper than a static IP address for your residential line. You can then host your email server anywhere and also don´t have to worry about the trustworthyness of any relay service. Regards, Joachim
