When inet_interfaces contains exactly one explicit non-loopback IPv4
address that address becomes the default bind address for outgoing
*IPv4* SMTP connections. The same is separately true for IPv6, but
setting inet_interfaces to just an IPv4 address while at the same time
"inet_protocols = all", will not provide an IPv6 default bind address,
so IPv6 will bind dynamically based on your routing table.

A Ukranian commentator (and former army intelligence officer) covering
the chronology of the war periodically needs to explain the difference
between intelligence and counter-intelligence officers.

    - Intelligence officers look for friends among enemies.
    - Counter-intelligence officers look for enemies among friends.

Your attitude to Postfix and the advice you get on this list seems to be
that of a counter-intelligence officer. This is not especially
productive. Postfix is high quality software, and you'll get sound
advice here if you're less suspicious (or even disparaging) of both
Postfix and the advice given.
