Try to solve your problem step by step. Currently you are at "Can't connect to local MySQL server". In case your MySQL server is accepting connections elsewhere, adapt your hosts setting: https://www.postfix.org/mysql_table.5.html If you don't know where MySQL is listening, have a look at your my.cnf (or configs in my.cnf.d directory) or use linux tools like "netstat -nlp".
