Yes. IF A MILTER REJECTS A MESSAGE then Postfix will not accept it.
So far I see the message is queued as C6E2F880CEC:
THEN, the Milter DID NOT REJECT the message.
You are right, the problem was not in Postfix but in the configuration
of the milter. See for details my reply to Matus.
