that means your mail tried to sent mail to remote server relaysmtp02.hsbc.com.ar[200.5.78.42], but the remote server has dropped connection.

your server keeps that message but remote server has "accepted" message while not telling your server, so while remote server delivers the message,
your server tries to deliver the message again.

if you haven't lowered smtp_data_done_timeout (default 600 aka 10 minutes), there should be no problems on your side and it's likely problem at the remote server.
