MIME content transfer encoding is described in:

There's nothing to solve.  You need a mail user agent (Mutt, Pine, Elm,
Thunderbird, Mail.app, ...) that was updated to support MIME some time
in last 28 years.  A large fraction (like most) of email messages are
MIME encoded, that's just how it is.
