Google shows SPF pass, DKIM pass and DMARC pass on my messages. I have
checked many times.
The significant test isn't whether they say 'pass' (a deterministic
standardized criterium) but how they deliver.
Have you tried switching to ~all in your SPF record? Using ?all is not
formally incorrect, so it won't make a 'pass' not a 'pass', but Google
*may* have noticed (algorithmically...) that domains with ?all are more
commonly forged than ~all or -all domains and that is just enough to tip
your mail over the edge into the Spam folder.
