Definitely NOT. Inbound mail and outbound mail are often handled by different servers, sometimes completely independent organisations. Since your problem is only in the outbound direction, you only need to change your "relayhost". You can and should continue to receive inbound mail on your own SMTP server. PTR records are not needed for that. For outbound mail, if you have any SPF records, you need to make sure that any "relayhost" is listed in your SPF records. -- Viktor.
