Not related to your current issue, but you will find it almost impossible to accept mail from submission clients with this setting. Many non-commercial IP addresses do not have a PTR record (reverse mapping). reject_unknown_reverse_client_hostname will cause any connection from such an IP address to be rejected outright. It's a setting that is intended to be used for port 25 connections from other MTAs, not for submission.
