It is not in this case.  The sender is cpa...@mrbrklyn.com which is
fake.

there is no cpanel.  This is a postfix help list.

Personally, I don't know why a mail server should ever accept any
incoming email from a foriegn system claiming to be part of the local 
network.

If I was creating this, it would has a simple list of IP Addresses 
that are considered local plus the non-routable ipaddr

That would be the default setting.
